last night i had the distinct pleasure of seeing every time i die, and the dillinger escape plan perform at the el ray. my god....both bands were absolutely incredible. but etid really blew me away.
unfortunately, my body decided the middle, and last songs of their set, were perfectly good times to pass out. luckily i only missed about a song and a 1/2.
while i was there i ran into an old friend from high school. later durring the night i spotted him in the front of the crowd, down in the pit, just as the singer for dillinger grabbed his head. he got to sing a few lines from the song. ooo! and i got to be humped by my favorite new york transplant.
as the show ended, the rain got worse. bash, nick, and i had to run to the car in the heavy rain, yelling and laughing at each other.
i loved last night.
