Something very strange just happened here.
I was sitting here at my kitchen table, typing on SG and I looked out the window I'm next to and took a mental note that it was a really beautiful day out. It had been raining this morning, but the day turned out nice.
Anyway, the strange thing: right out this window is my neighbors yard. There are a couple of trees, but nothing else that hangs over that yard. I looked out the window again and saw rain. Or what I thought was rain. But it was only coming down in the middle of the yard, and onto one of the tree branches. The rainfall was only a few feet in diameter and not coming down anywhere else, just that small spot.
What the fuck was that?
Was that really rain? There's nothing above that area that would have tipped to spill rain caught from this morning, and upon going out to look at the tree, I discovered it's not tall enough to have been shaken and have that much rain from the leaves fall. This "rain" came from fucking nowhere.
What a day.
