This is Sam, our new kitty! 
So far, he's spent his first 24 hours here either hiding behind the dryer in the basement or in the closet in our shoe bin. But he's very friendly, only about a year old and purrs pretty damn loud!

yeah it's really sad that not enough people are helping out with the relief efforts ... it's going to take a long time to sort it all out & rebuild .. it's a shame about the looters and thieves also ... damn people are fucking cold to be doing shit like that with all the dead bodies lying all over the place....
