So, my newlywed grandfather hasn't been feeling up to speed lately, so he went and saw his heart specialist today and the doc told him that based on his findings, he had a couple options. 1 - that he could go home and the doc would never see him again or 2 - have a quadruple bypass within the hour. I'm glad he chose the latter, but it was a scary couple of hours. Here the poor guy's been having the arm numbness for weeks and I kept saying it was something with the heart, but his idiot doctors kept saying he was fine.
Um, no, he can't feel his arm because there's no fucking blood in it, dumbasses.
Who the hell gave them PhDs???
Anyway, he's in recovery now and I might be taking a little Wisconsin vacation this week. I guess my CNA degree will come in handy after all.

Bad news #2:
My significant other has been working as a head bartender at a local hotel for the past 3 years. Above him on "the ladder" is the Food Department Manager. This jerk-off has recently hired someone to manage just the bar that my guy works in, and is calling him the Bar Manager. So he becomes another boss to my guy. Here's the kicker: the jerk off department manager has told the new Bar Manager that he needs to start working bartending shifts. The bar is only open evenings 3-11pm (or later depending on how busy it is). So there's 7 shifts in a week. My guy has 4 of them, and the other three are manned by an older gentleman. We're extremely pissed because the department head has already given the new bar manager 2 of my dude's 4 shifts, and left him a message at work last night that said they need to speak to him on Monday regarding the other 2. I'm so POed about this - you wouldn't think legally they could do that. I wish that department head would get hit by a car.

I know why you are rooting for them though, so I understand you have been blinded by your support for Green Bay.
