As I hit 38 today I look at old pictures of myself and can't believe how much I've changed for the better. I look the best I ever have and feel amazing. This community has also helped me a lot with my confidence and feelings comfortable in my own skin. Younger me would have never ever posted some of the pictures I have on here.
As I continue to push towards my physical body goals I'm now putting all the pieces in place for my next goal of creating epic music
