A friend of mine recently moved back to Tuba City from Portland. He said he was auditioning for a movie role and I am soooooo jealous!

Not to mention that you guys can easily drive to the Denver March and GON pow wows. It's a little too far to road trip it from here.

We see freaky things on my rez too but it's usually just drunken cousins stumbling home from a night out drinking.



All kidding aside, I thought I shape shifted in a dream one time and was convinced I could figure it out after I woke up. I'm still not sure how to describe the experience.

I did read your journal last night, I was too tired and fed up with myslef too write a comment in that state of mind. That is a great experience, though. Oh, women and their tricky bladders. I felt you dealt with your embarassing situations very well, especially with the X. That's one of those moments in life where you just want to die or be zapped to some other place, but once its over you can laugh at yourself and have a truly funny and humbling story to share. My grandmother's father on my Mom's side of the family was Yaqui (I don't know how to spell sumtymes.) Yes, and of course they were in Arizona. My family tried in vain to get the break for college being of native american descent unfortunatley records back then weren't well kept for non-whities, What tribe or you a descendant of? Yes, I am antisocial but I'm getting ever so slowy better, to once again be the social butterfly I was meant to be.

What about all the California tribe's casinos? It was and is my hope that California tribes will buy back all of California (OK most of the United States) and kick out the white conservative christians and hopefully let mixed people like me stay I'm weird and unconventional and not very realistic, but I can dream can't I?
