today i brought home two of the cutest things ever. if my god damned digital camera would ever arrive from the stupid ebay etailor i would post some pics of the new darlings. i've yet to have a truely satisfying ebay transaction. i brought home a pair of red ear slider turtles. about an inch and a half long each. i've set them up with a little swimming pool with fountain in my room. pumps a little loud but i can iron out that wrinkle later. i've put a little spot light over Turtle Island so i can use it for my night light when performing night maneuvers in the bedroom. i've got to find a sunken pirate ship for my new "lagoon."

also the new darlings need names and i am incapable of naming the cute little critters.
