Going to therapy is truly an incredible thing. Lately I have been applying some practices that have significantly improved my life 🥰
From today onwards, I will share my reflections with you here as if they were a diary. I'll start by talking about gratitude.
Two psychologists, Dr. Robert A. Emmons of the University of California and Dr. Michael E. McCullough of the University of Miami, have done most of the research that exists on gratitude. In one study they asked participants to write a few sentences every week, highlighting a few topics in particular.
One group wrote about things they were grateful for that occurred during the week. The second group wrote about things that irritated them or made them unhappy and the third group wrote about things that affected them (without any guidance as to whether they were positive or negative).
After 10 weeks, those who wrote about gratitude were more optimistic and felt better about their lives. Surprisingly, they also exercised more and saw doctors less than those who wrote about bad things.
If everyone does their part in focusing on what is positive for them and working on gratitude, living in this world will be better and better! 🫶💖

Nice blog and love you're beautiful photos! I believe in what your saying and I've been applying it for years. Gratitude and being grateful for everyday things, family, friends, events and don't forget about yourself. Will make you 100 percent a better person and improve your life and well-being.
