So I am having one of those feelings where I have lost some dear friends recently because they have moved. And I am wondering "where am I ever going to get the chance to meet new people?" Do you ever feel like all you do is work? I am kinda shy and not the type of person that will approach you when I am out so meeting new people is getting harder and harder.
Where do you think the best place to meet people is?
Have you meet anyone through SG yet?
Thanks to everyone who asked me about my kitty. He is doing much better now.

Actually I'd like to meet new people... but it's so labor intensive... a lot of .. do you like this? do you like that?... bah.... I try to steal friends of friends of mine... i mean... half the work is already done, right?
here's the process I'm trying to initiate:
Gimme your resume, bands you like, and a list of kinks.. and I'll get back to you, oh and if you have Dave Mathews Band on your list...dont bother!
LDC
Yes, I have met people on SG. I met them through SGVA which is the way I think a lot of people meet on here, via groups. We are working on a New years party right now. They are good people. Let's see, I have had cookies sent from an SG person, CDs, pictures and literature. You are not too far from me. If you are up for a concert, coffee/tea or an adult drink, I'd be up for it. SGDC is okay but not as much activity there. I am not sure if there is a SGMD group or not.
So, let me know
