It's Friday! April 1st! Rabits Rabits Rabits!
So here's the plan:
-stop drinking coffee
-cut way down on carbs
-drink a big ass bottle of water every day
-eat mostly veggies and fruit
-have only lean meats
-avoid fat, sugar, and salt
-go to the gym to do 40 minutes of cardio minimum every day
I've gotta stick to this. It's the main reason why I've been so crabby and depressive lately. I'm just not happy with myself because i've been letting things slip. I'm taking it out on my bf, coworkers, and just don't feel good about it. I think it's the stress of the upcoming move that made me dive into the fridge head first. But it won't be happening for some time anyways so no use stressing about it. And in the meantime the whole place is junk free and everything is nicely sorted.
So first thing is first this morning, I'm throwing away those damn frozen croissants. I had bought a big box of them for when John was over, but they are not only addictive when they are hot and buttery out of the oven, but they are so fattening! So good bye croissants. Here I am in all my 6:30AM glory trying to show the new colour of my hair. It's not as "red" as it was, it's more auburn and orange-y looking. However I haven't been back to tanning since before Cuba and for some reason I look pale as fuck when I have red hair, making it look just a teeny bit natural. So here ya are, no coffee and ignore the mascara under my eyes, heh.
Ouf, maybe I shouldn't cut coffee out totally yet.
Talk about bed head.
Ah my nose looks huge!?
Oh look she remembers how to smile.
This weekend i'm also going to get someone to help me network my computers together so I can get to work on my sites and maybe put a few pics up in here. I also want to build my painting portfolio site and hopefully sell a few of those babies. Well, the sooner we get this day started, the sooner the weekend will be here. Have a nice one all!
