why is life so complicated? *sigh*
i've been on a massive cleaning spree this weekend. yesterday i tackled the living room, entire kitchen including washing the floors, and the bathroom floor to ceiling. today i did the bedroom and the fishes after noticing that one of my Betas had died My white goldfish has never been more friendly, possibly because of the moving around of his aquarium from room to room. He's fascinated with the tv i've noticed. I didn't think goldfish or fish for that matter could really watch tv. Oh well. Maybe it just makes me feel less guity that i'm providing him with some form of entertainment in his little boring fishy life. The one blue Beta left seems to be irritated by the daffodils growing in the kitchen as he keeps challenging them while his bowl is on the counter next to them. It's funny indeed.
Well here's the plan for this week ahead:
Monday - work then helping my brother move back to my parents house & i'm invited for supper.
Tuesday - work then go to massotherapist appointment @ 5:30
Wednesday - work then prep mannicotti supper for parents coming over for dad's bday.
Thursday - work then await my sweetheart's arrival in the evening.
Friday to Sunday not sure what the plans are but i'll be with my bf so anything we do will be amazing. My parents will be meeting him though sometime during the weekend.
I will leave you with a song that plunks my proverbial heart strings as I may soon be venturing to live in..
America
by: Simon & Garfunkel
Let us be lovers we'll marry our fortunes together
I've got some real estate here in my bag
So we bought a pack of cigarettes and Mrs. Wagner's pies
And we walked off to look for America
Cathy I said as we boarded a Greyhound in Pittsburgh
Michigan seems like a dream to me now
It took me four days to hitchhike from Saginaw
I've gone to look for America
Laughing on the bus playing games with the faces
She said the man in the gabardine suit was a spy
I said be careful his bowtie is really a camera
Toss me a cigaret I think there's one in the raincoat
We smoked the last one an hour ago
So I looked at the scenary she read her magazine
And the moon rose over an open field
Cathy I'm lost I said though I knew she was sleeping
I'm empty and aching and I don't know why
Counting the cars on the New Jersey Turnpike
They've all come to look for America
All come to look for America

that song hits me HARD.
Also, I am glad someone else around here gives day-by-day schedules
