i'm in so much pain that in a few seconds i'm going to go lay down before i throw up. my kidneys are throbbing with excrutiating pain that i can't even think straight. i came home from a nice dinner with Faye and psyko514 to a message on my machine from the doctor at the clinic that wants me to call him back right away tomorrow morning.

As drea said... or it can also be a urinal infection.. or in the case that you popped too many pain relivers... they are harmfull to thoses parts of the body...
