It's wednesday. I got some good deep sleep last night, I'm feeling better as this cold is working it's course and slowly leaving my bod.

I stumbled on this song this morning as I'm on random on the mp3 server @ work. It's a song I haven't heard in years..but as I firmly believe, it's the music that finds you when you need it, not the other way around.

So if you can, download and listen to the song as you read the lyrics. It reminds you to give yourself credit for the small basic accomplishments that you forget about in your day to day life. Also to appreciate the people around you while you still have them.
