It's Friday!
Ok no more goofing off for me. I haven't laid foot inside the gym in almost 2 weeks now. I have been smoking, and or drinking almost every night this week. Trying to get work done on my site but realising that HTML isn't something you do when you're fucked up. The problem is, when I smoke I only realise the next morning that Cathedra Jeckyll (sp?) and Hyde came out and made me eat discusting amounts of crap.
Yesterday was perhaps the WORST binge i've been on in a while. I came back up from my neighbour's place after 1 beer + smoke and ended up eating:
-2 snacksize bags of light popcorn w/ melted butter
-3 gigantic chocolate chip cookies
-2 bowls of chocolate ice cream w/ crushed pecans on top
-2 diet pepsi
Needless to say I weighed myself this morning and i've gained 3 lbs somewhere in the span of these 2 weeks. Not only have I been having these crazy binging sprees, but I've been eating a real breakfast all week (2 huge toasts w/ butter & jam + coffee) but i've also been eating a full supper every day this week. Hence my stomach is stretching cuz it's getting filled as before it was only a quarter filled. Now at this moment it's 7:59 am and I am sooooo hungry I could puke. But that's only because my stomach is used to eating at this hour..if I don't eat breakfast it will have already shrunk by lunchtime. Ok stop me before I write a novel here, point being, no more crazy binges or huge meals for me. And I MUST get my ass to the gym tonight.

eat the breakies .. Just take it easy - remember it takes about 10 minutes before your stomach tells you its satiated
