Ugh..muscles are hurting from the gym, but it feels good. I hate that I have to stress and beg and plead for every little thing we need in this place (work). Fuck I mean we're 4 people in our department and we have one phone. Since we mooved we have one phone anyways, and I have asked 3 times now both the boss and the so called administrative assistant (who is actually the boss's mom) for the phones, including this morning and I got a really bitchy answer from her! 
She's all like I know about the situation, and so does he, but he told me not to take any action as things will be changing soon.

Changing? How? They just changed!? We just moved, and the tasks were JUST redifined..(huge symptom of an owner who doesn't know what he wants from his staff). How can things change more than this? So much that we don't get phones? We just had a huge meeting where he told us that if we needed any tools to assist us in reaching our goals all we had to do was ask.

Guy's a typical clueless idiot. Perhaps reminding him of how much he pays for the salary of your group vs. lost productivity from not having phone vs. cost of a phone would do? Although I find that clueless idiots do not understand reasonnable mathematical arguments, even if they add up to hundreds or even thousands of dollars a week.
Work your connections and drop the hint to those you trust best that you might be on the market for change... That's what I do.
