Staying away from SG after a certain time does help...BUT, melatonin only works if you are trying to sleep after taking it. If you take melatonin and sit up, you might feel tired, but you won't just fall asleep. If you take it and lay down, you're very likely to be able to fall asleep.
That is the beauty of melatonin, it doesn't force sleep on you.

At McMenamin's you must have the ruby ale vinegrette(sp). It is amazing.. Well Litter free might be 300 now, but think of how much you pay a year in clay litter? The price will eventually come down, when the mechanical scoop one first came out it was around that price too, now it's half that at petco...I know alot about cat stuff for someone who doesn't own one anymore (but whan I had him I was a very good mommy!)

Aren't those pictures weird? They're only about a year and a half old, but I think the short blond hair gives me kind of a babyface, so i look lots younger. The scary thing is, in the top picture, i look just like a blond version of my ex-girlfriend.
I bleached my hair today on the way to redness and it was very very strange to look at myself blond again.
