I haven't watched Moonstruck in a year or so. It's such a good movie. I saw it when I was in my late teens the first time. It made me want to learn Italian. So I took two years of Italian in my first bit of University. From that class, I won a scholarship to study in Italy for a month. So I lived in Viareggio for a month and cruised around Europe for another month all by myself. I credit that time in my life for growing the balls to do the other things I've done, accomplished and lived through.

I wonder if things would be any different if I'd never seen the movie.

P.S. I'm ready to go back to Italy.
