Argh. I'm so frustrated. I just did a new drawing. I'm pretty excited about it, I like it and I wanted to show it to you. I've sent it (successfully, or so says my lying bastard of a phone) three times now to two different addresses and it's nowhere.
Bugger. Now I'm regretting paying my bill today.
By the way, I'd like some pats on the back, please. I paid said bastard phone bill and the bastard tax extension is filed AND I owed the bastard gov. $100 and THAT'S paid too. God, I'm good. I don't expect this to last.
Finally saw Walk the Line last night. It was good, but not as great as I expected. I was hoping for a lot more near-naked Joquain Phoenix in tender moments. Mmm...50's era rockstars...*drool* What is it about the men of the 40's and 50's?? They were MEN. They had style. There was no androgeny. Not that there's anything wrong with it, but I love big gay gorgeous Rock Hudson as much as I love Tony Curtis and Humphrey Bogart and Paul Newman... there's something about slick hair and an undershirt with a pack of smokes tucked up the right sleeve. Not just anyone can pull it off, but if you're one of them...my god, come rescue me. I will dress in polka-dot sun dresses and have fresh flowers in my hair and cook and wear seamed stockings with pumps every goddamned day for you. Besides, men of substance treated women so much better then.
Sonofabitch, where the hell is my kitty!??!?!
