@catarina have you tried Trazodone for sleep? The absolute best is time released Ambien. I’ve always had a terrible time sleeping it’s been damn near impossible since my L5/S1 was destroyed by drunk driver, it’s bone on bone now, so yeah sleep and me have a terrible relationship.
