Well, the past week has been, without a doubt, fabulous. I enjoyed
Thanksgiving far more than I anticipated. Had such a lovely lazy(ish)
"weekend" with Catagogo and Omeganightmare before that too. Then last
night...Oh my, the words to describe last night at Toez's place...
DRUNK
Karaoke
Fabulous
Silly
Drunk dialing/texting
Guitar Hero
Gentleman Jack
Little Mermaid
Removal of clothing
The list goes on, and on, and on. Seriously, I can't remember the last
time I was that drunk, or had that much fun. It started off so mellow,
too! We had soda and watched The Little Mermaid and were silly and took
silly pictures. And then about 6pm the drinking started. Boy is Toez
good at not leaving a shot glass neglected and empty for too long! I
swear the moment I took a shot and put the shot glass down, she had
almost magically filled it with rum again. And when we took our last
shots, we all wailed "but why's the rummmm gonnnne??". Classic, let me
tell you. At one point, I took off my apple shirt (totally had one on
underneath, dirty minds! Its winter, I layer). And cat had her halter
top as a skirt, with her normal blue umbrella tee as the top. I think
that was about the time we were all belting out "Friends in Low Places".
Somehow Orie managed to keep all her layers on though, silly girl. I
ended the night by failing miserably at my one (and final) attempt at
playing Guitar Hero. INo worries, I was totally (unfortunately) sober by
the end of the night, which was good as I'm working today and had to
drive myself and Catagogo back to my place. My bed was amazing once I
was finally in it. Nothing like blankets and soft pillows and cuddly
kittens to come home to after a fun girls night in. Anyways, while going
to the bank today, I saw that Downtown Plaza in WC has an ice skating
rink set up. I definitely want to go soon, before it closes. I suck at
ice skating, but its a perfect holiday type thing, and fun nonetheless.
Which brings me to my next idea. Sac totally has one of these too. And
I'm going to suggest an SGSac event/trip to ice skate. Maybe on a
weeknight so we don't have to deal with toooo many people....and
obviously non-sac residents should come too as, um, I DON'T EVEN LIVE IN
SAC. Haha. Kks, well..back to trying to look busy until 5:30. Then home
to change into jeans and my Uggs and grab laundry before heading out to
Vaca for a family dinner type thing. Hope everyones having a good
