Was the flute something you wanted to learn, or your parents idea? Mine thought I should learn the piano. I had lessons for about 14-16 months but was learning rubbish pieces & got fed up. If it had been music I was interested in I would have probably stuck with it. I have a fascination with bass instruments & recently saw a bass flute in a shop on Charing cross rd
Didn't know there was such a thing.
Enjoy your hol.

Good to hear you're having fun in Malta. Remember, there's nothing wrong with the 'Tour Bus' thing in moderation. One of the best days I had in SF was the day we took the tour of the city, we got to see things we'd never have seen otherwise, and got some unforgettable views over the city. And yeah, some places have a lot ropier traffic and driving than others. Stick to buses, they're big and hard to knock over
See you soon x
