Hi,
Hope that works; this is the first time i've tried to insert an image here. Anyway, that's what my weekend looked like. [it didn't work, and i'm too tired right now to work out why - it's in my pics file]
Also managed to see a few films. Will review them now. The reviews will probably be shorter than they were the first time (my computer crashed just as i tried to upload my journal entry so i'm having to write this out all over again. Hope you appreciate the effort):
The Magic Roundabout: 8/10 - This film is cool. I want the soundtrack. It stands up well against the original programmes, which always remind me of being drunk at parties when i was 17.
Oceans Twelve: 8/10 - As good as the first, if a little long and convoluted.
Ray: 8/10 - made me cry, but then i cry at sad films. Didn't enjoy the music as much as when i saw 'Beyond the Sea' but the story was good. Not actually knowing Ray Charles or ever having seen him (in tv or in person) i have no idea if Jamie Foxx did a good impression of him.
Well, that's a pretty long entry for me, so i'll be going now. Hope to see you again soon,
love,
Cat
