I went shopping for apartment stuff yesterday. We have everything we could possibly want except for a vaccuum and a DVD player. A computer can wait a little longer. Until we get settled. In two weeks, my next payday, we'll find be ready to find a place. I'm very excited.
I'm probably going to be a semi-Aunt tomorrow.
My other semi-neice said something very cool. The coolest thing I've heard a four year old say. Her and I were driving to get breakfast and I was playing "Girl you want" by Devo on my ipod. She told me she really liked the song. I figured she had no idea what she was talking about but decided to humor her anyways. But. Then she said, "This song is on Tankgirl. I really like that movie." I was floored. And later she asked me to burn her a CD with nothing but that song on it.
A good way to threaten somebody is to light a stick of dynamite. Then you call the guy and hold the burning fuse up to the phone. "Hear that?" you say. "That's dynamite, baby."
My great-grandma died. My whole family lives in Kentucky so I went there over the weekend for the funeral. I got to see alot of family members I haven't seen for awhile. Like my cousin who was outed from his home for awhile there because he's gay. But while we were there it was as if everything was fine. I even watched his dad hug him and cry as he told him he loved him. Death is a tragic thing. But sometimes something tragic must happen inorder to bring people closer.
I am working on a painting for Twinkie right now. I would've had it done sooner but I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my art. I want it to look really good. Especially since it's for someone else.
When I found the skull in the woods, the first thing I did was call the police. But then I got curious about it. I picked it up, and started wondering who this person was, and why he had deer horns.
I am trying my hand at knitting. As of now, it is sub-par.
The tired and thirsty prospector threw himself down at the edge of the watering hole and started to drink. But then he looked around and saw skulls and bones everywhere. "Uh-oh," he thought. "This watering hole is reserved for skeletons."
I have tried very hard for the past couple of months to think of a good set idea. I finally thought of one. And I now have no photographer. Oh well. Everything is for the best. And I will still look great in the photos.
I remember how my great-uncle Jerry would sit on the porch and whittle all day long. Once he whittled me a toy boat out of a larger toy boat I had. It was almost as good as the first one, except now it had bumpy whittle marks all over it. And no paint, because he had whittled off the paint.
