What kind of surgery procedure did you have? I have 2 blown discs that cause me a ton of sciatica pain, but every Dr I've seen says I'm too young (at 31) to have any surgery....

@norpothos I don't remember the name of the surgery but they had to remove part of the herniated disc and shave down part of the vertebrae surrounding it to give it room to breath. I had the surgery done in St. Louis last year when I was 20. It was completely voluntary and they said not many people my age went through that type of procedure. I hope that you can find a doctor that will give you some relief because I feel like my surgery gave me my life back from sciatic pain.
