Yesterday was fun.
My mom, my brother, his friend Meaghan (who apparently is high school friends with Rubix) and I all went to dinner at my mom's friend's house. He's addicted to crack.
True story.
Despite this, he's an AMAZING cook, and an extremely talented musician. We ate bruschetta on olive bread, balsamic dressed salad and spaghetti a la bolognese. Before desert was served, he played the tunes of Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Charles Aznavour and Edith Piaf on the piano, to which we all sang along (after having downed 8 bottles of wine). Desert was a delicious home-baked apple crumble pie served with vanilla ice cream (of course).
I'm helping this guy move his shit out of Montreal back to France. He's going on a 2 month walkabout from France to Spain to detox from the crack.
In exchange, he's giving me his $4000 Vintage piano (the one he played all those awesome songs on), and an authentic Dali painting.
Stop.

Yes, ofcourse the catch is, I'm only holding on to it until he comes back from France (Which is supposedly in 2 years.) He doesn't want to pay the costs of stashing it in a warehouse and doesn't trust any warehouses to store it.
Anyways, dudes... I'm gonna have a Dali in my APT. I'm NEVER disclosing where I live to any of you, cause I don't want to get robbed. (lulz)
When dinner was over, I headed back to my APT, where my buddies were doing their usual thing... Smoking weed and playing video games and talking smack to one and other... blah. That shit's boring. It was alright in winter when the weather was shitty, but I'm gonna be a lot more vocal these next few weeks concerning how we spend our nights.
I can't say I enjoy smoking weed and playing video games EVERY night. I want adventure and new things.
On another note, my lucky friend got another peep show of me last night. I took up swimming lately and it's been showing in my physique. I'll be posting pics of progress. You, SGland, will be the judges.
