"Name a number."
"I honestly never thought about it."
"Come on, everyone has a price. Everyone has a price. Name yours."
"Well, I'm quite flattered, but really.... I can't accept your offer. Thank you though."
"Ten thousand dollars is a lot of money, but it's no problem. Just, in a stack, yours, right when you walk in. No problem. The money isn't a problem. It's yours, just say yes. For one night."
And I'm smiling slightly, with a closed mouth, shaking my head slowly, no.
He frowns slightly, and thinks for a minute.
"I will give you...twenty thousand dollars. Cash. For one night."
And I politely decline, again.
When his songs are over, he only has hundreds and singles, so I offer to make change, but he tells me to keep the big bill instead.
And I smile and thank him. He tells me, "You're awesome. Thank you."
I see this guy at Lucky Devil, maybe every three weeks... sometimes he get's private dances/shows from me, sometimes not.
The first time he propositioned me with cash for sex, he blurted out, "$2,000", and I had no problem refusing him nicely. Multiply that by ten and I still don't feel the slightest bit of temptation, I will not blink once before I coyly refuse.
And I've done some illegal things in my life, (haven't we all?) but it was never about or for money. He's not a bad looking guy, I don't feel unsafe, and I don't doubt that he would pay the amount, I just don't feel like it. And, I'm not in a dire need for money, like, if I had starving children, or extreme hospital debt, etc....even then, I don't see myself accepting such a proposal.
I don't believe there is anything inherently wrong with paying for a service, even if that service is sex-related and considered taboo in our culture....although sex work is the 'oldest profession'. But, that's not what I do for a living.
I have a handful of friends who have told me about times that they traded sex or sex acts for money, drugs or food.... and some of them regret it, and some of them don't.
On the other side of that coin, I have a couple male friends who have paid for girls out of the red pages, and it proved to be a very positive, satisfying outlet, or so they told me.
As one guy put it, "Some guys are never ever going to be able to have the pleasure of getting laid with a beautiful woman, unless they pay for it. And some people deserve that, in my opinion. So why not?"
I'm not shitting on the idea. It's just not something I have any interest in.
I told TheBeardedOne about it, also my male confidante Robert, and they both laughed and said something to the effect of: "Shiiiit. 20 grand? I'll fuckin' do it!"
Which is hilarious, because it's entirely improbable.
Also hilarious, I've been giving away my sex for free!?!
Har dee har har.
What are your thoughts?

Yeah, I'm with Jaxy on that one. For someone to place a dollar value on the time he spends with you makes him sound a little insincere. For one, the fact that he increased the amount he was willing for spend EVERY TIME YOU REFUSED suggests that for the right amount, he thinks ANYBODY would compromise. A person who assumes you have a lack of integrity up front is not a person anyone would want to spend their time with. Way to have the upper hand. GO TEAM YOU.
