I've been having trouble seeing in the dark while driving and seeing long distances so I made an appointment with the eye doctor before my insurance runs out when I move. Sure enough, I needed glasses...
He said I have a stigmatism which can cause the halo's I see around lights when I'm driving and whatnot. He was pretty fun to talk to though and put up with my asking millions of questions because I'm a huge geek and like to know how things work. I ended up getting these fancy Juicy Couture frames so they will be done next week. They didn't really have a huge selection to pick from so it was kinda hard to pick one out since I'm so picky about everything.
My mom and dad are doing awesome raising money for Zoe's eye surgery. She is my mom's foster dog. My mom started fostering her after the death of our cat Shadow (who was my moms companion). As it turns out, not only was Zoe severely abused but she had a bunch of health issues too. After hand making her meals so she could gain weight to get an abscessed tooth extracted they discovered that Zoe's eyes are bad. She needs to have one removed that she is blind in and causing her a lot of pain and the other one has a cataract that needs to be fixed so she wont be basically blind. They've received some generous donations but still need a lot of money. Also, I got MOST of the outline for my marie antoinette half sleeve. 2.5 hours and 200$ later...

I also got to see Knitzy at the shop and goof off with her a little bit. She always CRACKS me up.
Thats all for now kitties. I have to go to the UHAUL store tomorrow and get some packing paper so I can wrap up my breakable stuff. Day off = massive packing day. I'm working 62 hours this week and I worked 46 last week. I'll be in Columbus the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th to sign my lease and fingers crossed have an interview at one of the hospitals. I'm so BEYOND excited for this move. (and a little nervous, but I'm hoping you OH sg'ers welcome me with open arms
