Wow. So last night was the first time I've gone to a "metal" show in probably atleast 6 months (because i never get out of the house)
BUT I got to see Unearth, All That Remains, and As I Lay Dying...and I got guest listed. Honestly I don't even know how THAT happened. My friend knew someone that knew someone...and I was still half expecting to have to pay! lol. Some girl spilled beer on me, Two guys I knew wore "metal hair" wigs (aka long fake blonde hair wigs with trucker hats) and one of them traded that in at the end of the night for a luchadore mask and some tights. Then we all went out to get some food at The Side Bar.
Maybe I'll get back into the swing of going to "shows" more often. I kind of just miss the atmosphere...cuz to be honest I haven't listened to those bands in YEARS and most of the songs they played were newer and I didn't know them. But I still had fun anyhow.
