I honestly dont really see the need to write in this blog but as I want to join the pen pal thing I guess I must. It would seem that this thing has the same effect as the whole journal thing, but more often then not I see it used to perpetuate a persons own over done view of themselves. This whole narcissism thing is what makes sometimes reading other peoples bogs a horrible experience. cheers

Yeah, personally it shows more effort then email if you ask me. Plus I think we take the open age of communication for granted. Everyone and thier mom has a cell phone that we dont realize how amazing it is to be able to annoy someone at 4 am when you are drunk stumbling home. There are people who cant eat let alone talk to anyone and we are over here trying to decide which sweet new app to get. Snail mail rocks if you ask me.
