Such sore muscles! Job well done, right?!
Back again tonight! Excited to see what muscle groups and exercises in store. My partner is a great motivator, and an equal in the gym, so glad to finally have a gym partner like that!
On another note, waiting for weather to be nicer so the kids and I can go to the awesome pools around here!
