I’m addicted on stretches and dance, I practice stretches almost everyday and dance classes of Twerk and Dancehall three times a week, here in Brazil we dance a lot, and it’s a awesome part of our culture.
It’s so cool to learn and understand your body, I mean not only to be in a good shape, it helps our self esteem and endorphin makes a lot of difference, specially if you anxious (I am).
So try to find something that you like to do, can be something simple, dance, walk, yoga, run, just don’t forget to move.
