My home work :Tell us about a time you formed or broke a habit and how you did it.
I had a bad habit of eating a lot of chocolate, early in the morning, I woke up and already felt a need, how it was doing bad for my health, I thought of something to do that did not leave me in need of eating chocolate, I started to do some exercises, Walk to the farthest point by bus, at first it was difficult but after a while no longer felt such need, my quality of life improved by 100%.
