Being central-coast raised I love the Tri-Tip. Non-initiated CC folks know about "tri-tip sandwiches" but not the actual cut itself. By no means am I even attempting to convey the fact that myself or the group of people I hang with have the wisdom of the Tri-Tip alone. Fuck the "tri-tip sandwhiches" you cand get at a handful of restaraunts around here. I'm talking about straight up un-trimmed Tri-Tip grilled to Medium perfection with a side of garlic bread.. Ultimately we who know the Tri-Tip are in the minority. There are quite a few out there who know what I'm talking about and we are smiled upon by the gods. Fuck the cold and the rain, I'm grilling tri-tips tommorow and having it chronicled.
Bitterness swelled and ebbed while I pondered the subject of the "tri-tip" so if the above makes sense...vaya con Dios.

p.s the duct tape and landfill thing really cracks me up...
I'll definately take the cold over the sweltering Paso heat anyday.
The horrific trafic lights in town don't help the retarded driver situation at all either.
