Let's see...
Working the morning shift still and liking it. Hell, it feels like I'm not really awake until about half of my shift is done. The whole vibe in the store is just a lot mellower durning the morning. Night sifts equal negativity and stress (for no reason that I can see- which is frustrating).
Still hitting the weights and watching every macro-nutrient I put into my body. I've sort of plataued- that sucks. I think I need to add some cardio to help shed the last few pounds (Ok Ok, I'm not looking to shed pounds but bodyfat instead- I will see my abs dammit!). I hate cardio though. I'm a big boy though so I can do it .
Football in 49 minutes. That's good.
I've started writing and sketching n' doing drarwings again.
Today is cheat meal day. Eating BBQ'd pork, linguica and garlic bread for sure. Probably whatever else I can shove in my face too.
