It's raining and gonna be snowing pretty soon here in the sunny California mountains. Yeah, steep drives and slippery icy cold stuff, its fun when the road is empty. But in other news....the black glass I got in turned out AWESOME....and I am waiting for it to anneal and make me a believer....in other words....not crack....at all, just be beautifully black.

I'm having a Bernese Osteotomy on Wednesday - the short description kind of goes like this: 12" incision, cutting the pelvis into at least two pieces, cutting and shaving bone to refit my hip socket, then screwing it all together with metal bits. I'm terrified!!!
