Yay! I'm slowly acquiring much needed furniture! Just bought a nice sofa chair from a guy that's moving out from the apartment below me. $20 and it's like new! Woo hoo! No more sitting on the floor for me!

I'm the youngest in the building by a good 20 years for the youngest and up to 40+ years for the oldest in the building. So, most of them are beyond elderly and more in the territory of dinosaur!
