Ughh can it get any worse oh yes it can! In the form of a sprained ankle.
I was just starting to run every morning then as I walk down stairs ( my ankles were sore from the other day plus old injury) as I go to step down the last two steps my ankle went in and I fall whoops. I had a pervious injury to that same ankle a year ago when I was really drunk and fell down a flight that was much worse but still its a set back that I don't need right now. Im still going to do core exercise need to shape up my tummy, I can't stand being the lazy bum Ive been all winter. So lets hope it gets better soon so I can do more sets for Zivity and SG.
