I skipped work today to go to the WTC memorial. It depressed the hell out of me. The people of our future reading name after fucking name. Some had tears which made me cry.
Ill never forget. I will always remember that day 2 years ago when I walked across the Brooklyn Bridge. I will bring these memories to my grave. Just like the recent memories of the blackout this summer. The blackout that made me walk across that bridge a second time.
The local Hip Hop station played Bruce Springsteen, Born in the USA
I bobbed my head and started singing along.
Who would have thought that Bin Laden plans would bring Bruce to Hip Hop? ?
