Hi @missy and @rambo !!
Hope you guys are having a great holiday so far, in my case it's rather okay but i'm counting on making great holiday memories this year.
Before I talk about my favorite holiday memories, I just want to tell you about my worse holiday memories! It's actually funny because it was last year, when I was working in a convenience store. I had to work on the 24th and 25th of december AND on the 31st of december and 1st of january. Plus, I had to do two shifts on new year's day. One night replacement shift (from 3 am to 7 am) and an evening shift (from 6 pm to midnight). And that's without talking about the shift I did on the 31st that was from 4 pm to midnight. Actually, while I was mopping at arround 11h50 pm, four bottles of Laura Secord alcohol (a chocolate beverage) fell on the floor. So, while on the radio they were counting down for the new year, I was on the floor, wipeing that sticky liquor off the tiles. I was not even able to finish cleaning because of how big the mess was. Fortunately, they were able to clean the rest the morning after. Well, those were my very worst holiday memories, that fortunately won't happen this year.
I still had some time to take funny pictures like this one while I was working on christmas
Now, for my best holiday memories. They are not that much. For me, it is really important to spend christmas time with my family and the ones I love. The tradition in my family is that we spend christmas at my grandma's place and that for new year's eve we can do whatever we want to do. So I usually spend it with my lovely boyfriend. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to participate in neither of these traditions because of my job, but I'm going to talk to you about the year before! Wich were the holidays of 2013.
When I arrived at my grandmother's place, it was so beautifully decorated, I couldn't help it but take a picture of how beautifull it was.
I was also amazed by one little detail that got me laughing so hard: my grandma bought green toilet paper to fit with the holidays! I also took a picture of it.
After taking pictures all over the house, I also took a picture of myself, because I thought my hait looked on point for the day.
Well, all I can remember about that day is great food, lots of love and small gifts full of friendship and hapiness. All I can hope for this year's holiday is that we will have about that much fun. I'm going to take more pictures for you, and also pictures of my family. I may also bring my camera so I can vlog a little bit.
After all of this, I wish you a wonderfull christmas and a happy new year! Tell everyone how much you love them, no need to buy gifts, just give them the gift of a smile! ^^
I love you guys!
