Hmmmm, so I've had a chilled-out bank hol so far, had great haircut yesterday morning, just a trim and reshape but it just swishes so much better - pics soon...
Went to the deli and found proper anchovy paste in a tube, hoorah! I used to love that when I lived in Turkey so it was great as all I have found in normal shops here is either gentleman's relish (which is nice but only about 40% anchovy) and shippam's anchovy which has more mackerel in it than anchovy - how does that work? Okay, enough of my weird food fetishes (one day though I will tell you about the quest for the perfect pear)...
And then I did nothing for the rest of the day! Well, I got out Saw and Tesis from the video shop and had a Thai curry, so really I did do nothing...
But today I got up early, finished reading The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, did all the dishes from Friday and Saturday (I'm such a slut) and went to the film quiz at the Prestonville, which we did quite dismally in, boo, 5th out of 15, but to be fair we were the smallest team, and one of us only knows about romantic comedies which there was not one single question about. And I had disagreements over 3 questions, all of which I backed down from, all of which I was right about - hah! Not that I'm bitter
But on the plus side they should a half hour of Motley Crue vids on Kerrang at midnight, yay!
Off to sleep now, v tired.
