Everyone keep their fingers Xed for me tonight, my quiz team Captain Daddy is defending its title against another 21 teams at our masive annual work quiz/party, I need to get my brain in gear, difficult as had the braces tightened an hour ago and they are ouching, and so is my head from last night.
It's in the most chavvy hotel in Brighton, the Holiday Inn, officially THE most ugly building on the seafront since they Conranised Embassy Court. Still, there's a massive buffet and free drinks, and a DISCO afterwards, woooh! So time to get my new skirt on (very short)... and life is good cos I got 1% more of my pay on my bonus so I have a few more pounds to play with this Xmas, might even be able to get new speakers - I can't quite believe I have had a stereo with no speakers for nearly 3 months now, I miss my records soooo much.
Anyway, I'll let you know how I get on later...
