Ah ha! Post-birthday update! I'm still in my birthday season, cos I'm makin it last till Sunday - things have been great so far, spent the weekend down in Devon, took some beautiful photos of my parents' farm and animals, not many of me cos was raining most of the time and I was ill, bleeeugh, not conducive to nakey pics, unfortunately, even though I took my camera and tripod specifically for that purpose - I love the woods... boo..
Anyway, apart from the illness and the weather my time in Devon was great, my parents had been planning to hire their usual chef for my mother's birthday dinner on Sunday, but his fishmonger let him down, so they surprised me with a trip to Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Padstow in Cornwall, which was heaven, oysters, lobster, crab,clams galore, and creme brulee for dessert. Yum. and they even had an original Posy Simmons in the reception.
The trip back was hellish, complete with many missed trains (I was a total ditz due to late night arguing with mother over stupid rubbish) and unexpected texts from ex saying he's in town and asking if I want to go for a drink. grrr.....
But birthday! Wooo! Birthday has been amazing, extended at it has been...
Tattoo at 12noon yesterday at Temple Tatu, amazing, hurt a little, no worse than waxing, to be honest it turned me on a lot, the tattoo is awesome, better than I was even hoping, still got the clingfilm on, but all off tomorrow, can't wait, then I suppose a bit of scabbing, etc, but am realling looking forward to when it's healed and already planning next one, not going symmetrical, planning for a cluster of three smaller stars slightly lower on my right hip...it's addictive I swear.
Went to the globe after work yesterday, then on to Dynamite Boogaloo, which was good, mainly because of the company, music was good, even if they did play a few songs too many times when there were better oes they could have played but what the hell.Night ended with my pal L and her pal J, naughty girls, coming up to me at the end of the night with mischievous grins, saying "We've got a birthday present for you" like kids who've made mud pies for mummy's birthday, so they proceeded to kiss me one after the other, wow! So after that I staggered home......
So today, more birthday, little sleep, work etc,
Tomorrow, PC woo hoo!!!!!!
Then broadband asap, back with SG 24/7phew....
