Was at work waiting for a ride home as my car is dead atm, and what happens my back goes out. So i call and cannot get into chiro tell noon next day (but happy about that as it means get to see mine not a er doc). no still in lots of pain and out of work at least one more day tell we can get all the muscles to relax and stay that way
