so i went to an art show at a tattoo studio yesterday, and i have to say i am very dissappointed with the community. lately the big shops around (hope and transcend) have been putting on art shows with great success but when a small shop attempts to branch out and bring the community together everyone bails. this is bullshit. the owner said he invited over thirty shops to put in pieces, two did. this is fucked. those with egos too big to parttake in a small show here's a message "you push ink, you are not a fucking celebrity" to those who harbor the idea of competition and bitterness between shops, stop fucking whining we can all eat. make the industry a little better by putting your shit to the side and just coming together.
