i start back to school on Jan 5th. i'm now enrolled in the Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking program. i'm lucky too cause i got the afternoon block, which means i don't have to be at school 'till 11am and ends around 6 pm. these same hours are kept the whole time i'm in school for all 9 months. they say it's a very hard program, but fun. damn i'm nervous.
