The other day I went to the grocery store, and just as I stepped out of my car I heard someone yell. I looked over and saw this guy in baggy pants run by with tazer gun wires hanging from him. Then I look over and see two cops chasing after him, and one of them yells, "I'm gonna shoot you!" It was very cartoonish.
