I suffered from depression and anxiety. But I was able to get over my depression with the support of my family and friends.
I still get a little anxious when it comes to meeting and talking to new people, but I've been working on it.
I felt like giving up many times in my life, but then I would remember that I'd be missing out on so much if I were to do so. Life may be a bitch, but don't ever quit. No matter how it tempting it is to give up, just keep doing what you're doing and everything will eventually work out in the end.
I have never traveled out west or been overseas, but I would like to someday.
