so chicago was a complete success. Other than the partying,i found several amazing records that i had been looking for for a very long time:

The Clash: London Calling (original american pressing. mint) - simply a must have for every vinyl collector. i'm sorry it took me so long to find an original print.

The Replacements: Hootenanny (near mint). Almost done with collecting replacement records. only a few more left to go

Alex Chilton: High Preist (near mint) probally the worst chilton record i own. Kinda his version of the spaghetti incident. BUt it's still chilton so it;s still good.

George Harrison: All things must pass (original pressing, good condition) Lennon is my favortie beatle, but this may be the best post beatles record any of the fab four did.

Husker Du: Candy Apple Grey (origianl, near mint). Probably the husker's most popular album. Passed it up for $20 in the cities, picked it up for $10 in chicago, which proves 2 of my theories. 1) minneapolis over prices thier vinyl and 2) you have to go to chicago to find good vinyl by minneapolis acts.

and then we BBQ'd a bunch and got real drunk
