I"m sorry to say that I don't know who RAchel ray is but whoever she is I"m glad that you feel so strongly for her heehe. Its good to have crushes its what makes us drive stronger and keeps us going sometimes. As far as meeting her you could always she if she has a fan club of some sorts and then join it in an attempt to woo her that way.
