A friend was meant to visit but couldn't make it due to money which I was fine with, I mean I don't have much atm either so I understand although I was ever so slightly disappointed as he is amazing and I really enjoy myself when we are together.

Uni starts next week - but I'm not moving into the halls - so I still have my own flat. You are welcome to come up anytime you like! In a few weeks I should know when classes are, hopefully have my loan come through - and I should know where things are. I'm also hoping to get into a Roller Derby team - I don't think there is one in the Derby/Notts area - so I've spoken with one of my friends who started one up in wakefiled - and shes sending me some tips on how to get one started up and things. Which is so awesome of her.
Things are a bit stressed at my end, I'm poor. My family are fucking me off. And I'm no idea about if/when I get a Uni loan. etc etc. But I think I'm doing okay though - better than I was a few weeks ago. I spent a lot fo time lying about crying. Thanks for asking though.
my baking exploits are usually attempts to make things from scratch without a recipe, or using one i looked up online - and half the time i DO mess it up i think is because american measures are different. i should just buy a book on baking and be done with it!
